Pricing is listed and quoted in US Dollars. Stillpoints does its best to show current pricing. Prices are subject to changes and correction. Special orders need to be quoted.
Payments are collected in full at the time the order is placed using one of the payment options offered at checkout – currently Credit Card, ACH and PayPal. Orders will not ship until payment in full is received.
If payment is returned or rejected by our merchant services, you will be contacted by Stillpoints so you can make other payment arrangements.
Taxes will be collected when/if required by law. This will be calculated in the cart before checkout.
Standard shipping is free within the United States. However, if you would like expedited shipping, please call Stillpoints and we can calculate any additional cost.
All orders will be shipped as soon as they can be filled, typically within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Thursday. Stillpoints is closed Fridays.
Backorders will ship as soon as they become available unless cancelled by the customer. Please let us know if you would like the order held to ship together.
Cancellations or Additions
You may cancel or add to your order up until the time it is shipped. Please notify Stillpoints by e-mail. It must be in written form.
If a phone call is made, it must be followed up with written notice of the cancellation by e-mail.
Returns and refunds
Please contact Stillpoints by e-mail for an authorization code.
Purchases are available for return within 30 days of the order and received back within 45 days from the order. They must be returned tightly packed in the same package/box, in the same product packaging, and in the same or very similar condition.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Careless packaging fees will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee.
The refund will be given upon examination of the returned products and based on the assigned refund amount.
Your refund will be sent within 10 business days of the return. Any missing items will be charged at full retail, such as screws, tools or anything sent with the product but not returned.
If the shipment is missing an item that was listed as shipped, please contact Stillpoints right away so we can make it right.
If your shipment is in multiple boxes, the remainder of your order could be arriving on another day. Please check your tracking numbers to follow the delivery status.
Trials / Auditions
We are not offering trials or auditions at this time. The return policy allows for the purchase to be returned if not completely satisfied with the purchase.
Previously Used Items
We occasionally have trade-in or previously used pieces from a trade show that may be available for purchase.
